Melted Massage

Steam therapy has been used in the treatment of arthritis, rheumatism, joint stiffness, and muscle spasms. During this treatment your body will be massaged with herbs, ayurvedic and essential oils, then you will relax in the steam therapy spa. This allows the body to easily reduce fats, toxins, and heavy metals. During a steam therapy treatment circulation increases, which promotes healing in all your joints and muscles. Steam therapy stimulates the skin, opens pores to help absorb the oils, and naturally moves toxins out of the system. A moderately conditioned person can easily sweat off 500 grams of sweat in a 60 minute steam therapy treatment, which is equivalent of running 3 to 4 miles or burning 475 to 600 calories. While the weight of the water loss is regained by re-hydration, the calories burned are not.

Couples massage is one of the hottest services right now. Two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, same-sex partners, moms and daughters, or best friends. It can also be a good choice if you're traveling with someone you don't get to see often enough—a sister, girlfriend, mom or best friends—and you want to spend as much time together as possible. Couples massage is a massage that takes place in the same room at the same time on separate tables. Foot Soak and Salt Scrub

This massage is focused on the lower leg and the feet. Your session will begin with a warm foot soak to increase the circulation in your feet and to help with the absorption of the essential oils. Then, as you relax on a heated table, your lower legs and feet will receive a salt scrub to exfoliate and to further improve absorption of the essential oils during the lower leg massage. After your session, you will feel as if you are walking on air.
